I am trying to find one philosophy class to fulfill my gen-ed requirements.
I do not have any interests in philosophy, so I would love to take a class that is very easy or at least managable.
Thanks!

I would also love to see your literature class suggestion! :)

Um,

I don’t know about easy/hard, but I know that Keiran Setiya is a great lecturer and that his intro to ethics this fall is sure to be really really good.

I don’t know about best, but do NOT take Phil of Public Issues with Karen Boxer. She’s AWFUL. Absolutely cannot teach.

My TA outright tells our recitation “So, Professor Boxer didn’t actually teach this…so today, I’m going to reteach it.”

@painholic Try looking here [Course Descriptions | University of Pittsburgh](http://www.courses.as.pitt.edu) for suggested classes to take. On the righthand side of the screen, you’ll find a drop down box for all the GenEd requirements. Click on 2111 after choosing PHIL, and you’ll get a list of classes that are being offered this fall. Each one comes with a course description.
