Hey guys, right now I'm deciding what major I want to be (current freshman) and I'm currently stuck between Philosophy and Rhetoric. The thing is, is that I only have room for two more classes after Chem 1A and Math 1B (MCB major woot woot).

The thing is, is that the Rhetoric class I actually want to take is Rhetoric 10, which is only available in the Fall, leaving Rhetoric 20 in the Spring, which doesn't sound as interesting as Rhetoric 10.

For Philosophy, I was originally deciding to take Philosophy 12A (Intro to Logic) and Philosophy 25B (I actually want to take this one-- sounds interesting!) but now with the constant nagging in my brain about rhetoric I don't know whether I should just take these two philosophy classes or take out one class and replace it with Rhetoric 20 to explore the Rhetoric major. I know I want to double major in one of these subjects, and I'm not sure what to do, as my Telebears Phase 1 (Nov 5) is fast approaching.

Should I take Rhetoric 20 this semester and one philosophy class, or should I leave Rhetoric 10 for next semester (Fall 2011)? But I feel that if I do end up enjoying rhetoric or philosophy, I'd be behind... (no pre reqs fulfilled for these majors yet)

Also, Rhet 20 and Phil 25B have finals on the same day...
So what should I do? The thing is, is that I'm leaning towards pre med pre law (yes, both) and I guess in the end I'll have to decide which, but for now...

Rhetoric or Philosophy?

Thanks for reading through this incredibly long post. :)
