Phone call from Human Ecology

My DD received a phone call from an Ambassador for Human Ecology tonight. She is a second year student and wanted to know if she had any questions. They spoke for about 15 minutes. I’m praying this is good!!!

That sounds like a pretty good sign!
I applied RD as well.
Could you post your daughter’s stats?

I received a phone call as well!
However, I wasn’t home to answer it…

She left message saying she is currently a senior at Human Ecology and gave her email address to answer any questions I might have.

I’m not quite sure if I should email her because I had my questions answered at my alumni interview, but I do not want to seem rude as if I am ignoring her call. :-?

@‌IvyClimber117
She has a 4.6 gpa
graduating with 14 AP classes and 4 Dual Enrollment classes
2080 sat 31 ACT (low)
Tons of leadership and over 300 community service hours
She works and played varsity soccer all 4 years plus club soccer and lacrosse
Her Scores are low but she she got two concussions that year and she wasn’t able to finish either exam.

@volume If I’m understanding this correctly, you got both an interview and an informational session (phone call)? I would e-mail the senior some questions just in case. I don’t think e-mailing it would hurt your chances. Or at worse, you can say that you don’t have questions.

@lisaol Good luck to your daughter.

Thank you. She just got accepted:)

My DD got an acceptance!

@lisaol they already came out? thought it was the 31st Congrats

Congrats!! My D also got phone call from student ambassador! How were the acceptances - letter? Email? Online?

@2girls2015 she got the phone call on Thursday night and the email yesterday!’ Good luck to your daughter.

@CCClassof2019‌ Yes! Although, I really wish I was home when the phone rang haha. And yes, I emailed her the day after with some questions, but she hasn’t responded.

@lisaol Congratulations!! :smiley:
