<p>I’m glad you brought this up, Belly.
The question of what constitutes our reality and the experiences and perceptions that occur therein has been one of much controversy and debate among philosophers present and past.</p>

<p>I’m sure we’re all familiar with the Descartian “I think, therefore I am” principle and the philosophy on the nature of reality that can be derived therefrom. Personally, however, I think that’s a load of bullcrap. You see, what else constitutes the process of thinking other than an extremely complex system of bio-algorithms, similar to what we see in modern day computer code–the kind of code used to run some key, although puny, algorithmic elements surrounding this website (on which my post exists)? Nothing! If anything meets the requisites for the Descartian “I”, then who is to say that this website itself is not an entity capable of coming to the same existential conclusion as any of us. If the current neurophilosophy holds, Descartian theory is now nothing but antiquated bombast.</p>

<p>7am, waking up in the morning. Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs. Gotta have my bowl, gotta have cereal. Seein’ everything, the time is goin’. Tickin’ on and on, everybody’s rushin’.
