<p>hey guys i'm just a little bit confused by pdf from the stanford website because up top it says in bold black letters "arts supplements that are not RECEIVED by the deadline and/or do not...will not be reviewed or returned", but at the bottom it says in yet bigger bolder red letters "SUBMIT by the arts deadline"...</p>
<p>just wondering if i have bleed myself dry to express mail this thing or if the postmark's good enough</p>
<p>Well if you mail it express, at least you’ve covered all your bases; though I know for the normal application, postmark is good enough</p>

<p>Because it says in bold letters near the top of the page: “Arts Supplements that are not received by the deadline … will not be reviewed or returned,” I would not take a chance. You have no guarantee any ambiguity caused by conflicting instructions will be resolved in you favor. Go ahead and express mail it.</p>
