A friend of H’s buys and restores old houses around town. He had a Xmas party in one of our famous ones. He says it was condemned when he bought it. It still needs a fair amount of work, but wow it is gorgeous. And since I wasn’t comfortable going to a covid Xmas party, he let us come over beforehand and tour. I’m very glad he did. My pics don’t do it justice. And while I love my house, when I see these ones, I figure we were the poor folk 100 years ago

We had our first major snowfall of the year- 18 inches in less than 12 hours. Of course it’s Nutcracker weekend, so it was not fun driving in it.

Fun photos! Reminds me of the towels folded into animal shapes on a cruise. Are they from hotel stays?
No, I did them!! I needed some distraction a couple of weeks ago while waiting for ds’s grad school decision. Stumbled upon, “toilet paper origami.” 
There are a few videos on YouTube and actually a couple of books about it!
Not sure how impresed our 20-something ds will be when he arrives tomorrow - lol

Rezzi went to his new home on Thursday. Someone is happy for Christmas 
Here’s the last pic we took of him before he loaded perfectly on the trailer. Our DIL is holding him and it’s not a great “pony profile” pic, but it captures him and how personable he is. He should do well with his new owner.
