Wow, nice! Hope the water was calmer on that day, or the engagement ring might have gone overboard!!
We met a couple who were on our flight who were headed to Lake Louise for their honeymoon. We spoke with them at baggage claim, as they had ALL their luggage missing! What a way to start your honeymoon.

We went skiing there in 1994. I flew down to Austin to drop off our 18-month-old son with my parents, then flew up to Calgary and met my husband. We had a fabulous time. I felt like a jetsetter, ha. Such a beautiful area.
The plan for next winter’s big ski trip is Big Sky, Montana and Lake Louise.
One of my favorite places. We also love Moraine Lake/valley of the 10 peaks and Emerald Lake. I want to get back there!

More clouds…and dogs and frisbees. I yelled at my husband to come out and take photos of the clouds and he tried with no success to get a dog leaping into the clouds photo. Poor dogs were pooped by the time he came out. Amazed by the variety in clouds this year. Not sure if I’ve never looked up before or if it’s climate change…
I’ve never seen clouds like those—unique.
I think cirrocumulus. I read that they are common, but maybe just not as extensive as these were. They were almost covering the entire sky above us.
