Is Physics B, Multivariable Calculus/Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations be enough prep for phys 260?

I haven’t taken it, but from what I understand that should be plenty. I have read that the most important thing is a solid understanding of multivariable calculus. I think most people come in with physics C though.

Are you an incoming freshman too? What are you doing about math 230? I have similar math preparation and am wondering if I should skip it and just start with analysis.

It seems like it should be. They changed the whole Introductory Physics classes though, which threw me for a loop, so I don’t know if it’s still the same. I hate Physics though so I’m probably not the best person to answer this.
