So I'm gonna take phys 121 this quarter and was wondering which books to get. Do we need to get a book for phys? Or can I just buy the Webassign code and use that itself? What is the best thing to do for phys in terms of books?

<p>For the lecture you will probably be fine if you don’t get the textbook as long as you have the webassign. I got the book and didn’t look at it once. On the other hand, I had some friends who used their book to study.</p>
<p>For the tutorial and lab sections you NEED to get the tutorial book, the tutorial homework book, and the lab manual. These should last the whole 121-123 series though.</p>
