i cant help it if my telebears was this late dude

Dude, that sucks. I know the feeling.

hopefully someone will drop…theres a good likelihood of that happening…right?
if not, i am foyally rucked

this happens to me every semester!!!

is this course significantly more difficult than phys 8A?

In comparison to 8A, 8B is much more conceptual and abstract. Most people find it harder to grasp the material.

Another Zettl student here, but I’d really, really recommend him. His lectures can be a bit tedious if the material’s getting over your head, but he implemented some incredibly awesome moments into his lectures, like:

Describing how to smuggle cocaine in batteries through an airport (so a real battery and cocaine filled one roll down a ramp with the same omega)

Describing how to maximize and choose the best cars for siphoning gas (real world applications of Bernouilli’s equation)

If you actually go to his office hours unlike 95% of the class, he’s incredible at working out problems with you. Unlike most professors I’ve met, he connects really well with students. I know very people who didn’t like him, grades notwithstanding. He’s required to follow a fairly established curve anyway.

Not to mention that while Shapiro is working with CERN and the LHC, Zettl (and his research team, including undergrads) created the world’s smallest motor and smallest radio. For the record, he’s also a rock climber, so unless Shapiro climbs, go Zettl :)

im signed up for zettl lab/dis on t/th 2-4. i want 10-12…anyone wanna switch?
