<p>I am currently a student in binghamton looking to major in Biology. I originally had Calc 2 in my schedule along with Bio118 and 2 other gen ed courses. After realizing that calc 2 was not required, I decided to drop it and take either Gen Physics 2 or Bio Stats which are required for my degree. Any suggestions on which one to take? Why or why not?</p>
<p>I didn’t take Bio Stats, but I took Physics 2 (PHYS 132- calc based physics), and it was really difficult. I’ve heard that PHYS 122 is significantly easier than PHYS 132, but it’s still challenging. I would only recommend taking it if you’re willing to work for your grade.</p>
