I was glancing at classes, and I noticed Physics 7A had high school physics as a prereq- what are you supposed to do if you didn't take physics in high school?

nothing. simply take the class. high school subject prereq is a joke. You can still do well in physics 7a with or without high school physics.

But this class would go better if you had at least a year or two of physics down solid from high school.

if one has been admitted to berkeley but didn’t take high school physics, then one should go back to high school to take physics?

Thanks- schedule wise physics just didn’t fit in (I finished high school in three years). I’m working through the physics book on my own to help prepare, but its nice to know I’ll be able to actually take the class :)

Agreed. But you can still succeed without prior physics experience.
I took AP physics, and I still felt Physics7A was hard =/… I think it’s just because I’m not a physics type of person.
