<p>I signed up to take physics 7a over the summer at berkeley and noticed that for some reason 103 lab and 103 dis have so many available spots whereas 101 and 102 lab and dis are already full and have people on the waitlist.</p>

<p>I was curious as to why the 103 lab is only 1 hr long while 101 and 102 lab are 3 hrs. Is there something wrong with the the 103 class, because not many people seem to want to enroll in that specific one.</p>

<p>My guess is that they recently added 103, which might explain why there are less people, but I don’t know why it is only 1 hour long. It would probably be best to assume that the lab will be 3 hours long and that they made a typo or something.</p>

<p>thanks zjodak… i was also thinking that this is a new section because the 103 dis was just recently added.
however, i still don’t know why the lab is only 1 hr. long, because that wouldn’t fulfill the requirements.</p>

<p>any other suggestions from others…</p>
