<p>Who can sign up for Physics 8a?
The course restrictions say:
Restricted to Students with a registration status of new and Students with a class level of Junior</p>
<p>I'm a junior standing, does that mean I have to be a new student also?</p>
<p>Yes, you have to be a new student AND junior (aka transfer student)</p>
<p>Prof Jacobsen said he received more money to open up additional sections after the class reached max enrollment in May. But, the new sections would be reserved only for transfer students (b/c they have later telebears appt times) until late august.</p>
<p>There's a lot of people waiting for these sections to become open enrollment. The last figure Jacobsen gave out was like 100 people still dying to enroll in 8a.</p>
