Physics B or C?

Could you give me advice on which Physics to take next year? I took Calc AB last year, so I signed up for C, but I am now having second thoughts.

I am going to be a senior, but have not taken any physics yet because I took AP Chem last year. While a previous physics class is not a prerequisite for Physics C at my school, I have a feeling a lot of the kids will have already taken B. Will I be at a huge disadvantage because I don’t have any physics experience?

I am considering studying engineering in college. I’ve heard that most colleges won’t give any credit for Physics B, but would taking B give me a better and more basic understanding of physics that will help me in a calculus-based college physics class?

Is there anything else I should consider?

Thanks

Not if you have a mind that can understand concepts and apply equations to them.
