I am taking an honors physics course next year that does not require calculus as a pre requisite. Does this class likely cover the material for the AP Physics B exam?

Physics B
10chars

you may not even cover all the material for physics B check a review book during the year and see where you're at you may need to study on your own

is it a hard exam/class?

umm on a similar topic,

can you take Physics C without taking B...i always thought you could but my science department chair said i couldnt...i was wondering what i can do to take C since top science colleges rarely care about B.

you CAN take C without taking B. however, you need to know basic calculus (limits, differentiation, integration) for C.

umm yea i took calc BC this year...(got a 5)

dang my school sucks...and the science department chair was like yelling at me at how i cant take it after i asked him for a second time and told him that i already knew calculus...

There is no reason to take Physics B before Physics C if you already have calculus. None of the schools around here that offer both classes require you to take B first.

maybe i should show my school this thread along with all the other ones saying that...
