This might sound a bit odd if I'm wrong, but I've heard that Physics B is harder than Physics C.
I don't see why that makes sense.
Is this true?

physics B covers more ground than physics C. However physics B does not require calculus and physics C does. Physics C only covers mechanics and e/m. It does not cover optics or anything like that. basically, physics B is more general and physics C is more detailed. but i would say physics b is easier than physics c ifyou do not have a strong background in calculus. but calculus is only required for mechanics. so i would say it is up to the person to decide which is harder.

Easiest to Hardest:

Physics B, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: E/M

Oh God Physics C is so much harder.

After taking all three exams this year, I have to say the order from easiest to hardest is B, C-Mechanics, and C-E&M.

For one, the B test's calculations are really easy. As long as you have some sort of understanding of concepts, it's a breeze.

On the other hand, C requires you to actually know your stuff, or you get pretty screwed.

hm...thanks

that clears up everything.
