hey, does anybody have any actually released ap exams for physics c : mechanics? would you guys consider the type of questions in pr equivalent in difficulty to the ap?

Free response questions can be found online at APCentral. The multiple choice sections are sold by CB and most teachers have a limited collection of old MC's. As for PR, I never used their review book, so I can't rate the difficulty of the questions.

I used PR for Physics B, and dabbled in some Physics C questions. I find it an excellent review. Absolutely fantastic. Do that in conjunction with some free AP material you can get from CB, teachers etc.

Princeton Review is great.

Question: Would any of you venture to say that preparation with just the PR AP book is enough for a 5 on the AP exam?

If you understand everything from your class, then yes.. can it teach you enough physics to get a 5 on the test without any class? maybe.

I just used what I knew from class and used it to brush up on stuff and to learn some stuff we didnt cover and I got a 5, but I think it really depends on the teacher you had and how well you understood it.
