Physics C curve

I'm going to follow the example of a previous thread and ask a similar question: What are the scores on MC and FR necessary to get a 5,4,3,2, or 1 on the Phyiscs C: Mechanics and Electricity and Magnetism exams.

P.S. Maybe in the future there could be a consolidation of this type of information for all AP tests.

Roughly 65% for 5, 50% for 4, 35% for 3, and 25% for 2.

thats pretty accurate. but it also depends what your fellow mates got. i got a freaking 5 on that test and i left out half the free response questions. ridiculous questions. also look around when youre taking it, so funny to see everyone trying to use the left/right hand rule

I found grade cutoffs for 3 AP Exams.

AP Physics B:
64%, 51%, 35%, 27%

AP Chemistry:
67%, 53%, 38%, 26%

AP US History:
63%, 51%, 41%, 23%
<a href="http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/2001apushistoryexamsc_51285.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/2001apushistoryexamsc_51285.pdf</a></p>

Fir chemistry and phyiscs, its a little bit higher. Also remember that its also what everyone else gets

Thanks guys

your wrong…
for physics c 50% is a good estimate for a 5 on the e & m. Mechanics is a little bit higher maybe 55%. 65% is a really high curve, idk where your getting these numbers from… This isn’t physics B, this is the real deal.

really liking lethargytm’s response
i usually get 50somefin percent on the 35MC in 45minutes
and the FR sometimes is easy sometimes hard…
