my school doesnt offer Physics C
does anyone know of a distance learning program that offers AP Physics C???

Try www.uccp.org. For two semesters, the AP Physics C course is $650.

thanks kchen...b4 i was looking at Virtual High School (www.govhs.org) which is a lot more expensive ($850, including text) and doesnt look as visually appeasing as uccp

have u done uccp? what did u think of it?

Just get a copy of a physics book and just do all the practice problems. That always works.

mattd-- no school credit for it

with a DL i have to present the case to the school administ and then they may grant credit for it

I haven't done UCCP yet, so I don't know. Have you tried going to a community college? The cost could be cheaper.

cant do comm college....i need to have it during the school day as a period where i would like do Physics C stuff on the computer

You could just take a free period or two and do what mattd1688 described as an Independent Study, and earn credit for it.

how would my school grade me on it tho?

people do independent study at my school but with an existing teacher
like they'll pick up the work on monday for AP Euro, for example, and then turn it all in on friday or what not and the teacher will grade it..so its like they have the course, jus never come to class cuz of scheduling issues

any one else know of DL programs that offer Physics C?
