Physics lab

Stupid question alert.

Can I take the physics 1 lab in the fall by itself and then take physics 1 in the spring. Also can I take the physics 2 lab in the spring while taking physics 1, then finish physics 2 in the summer? This may sound a bit crazy, but I am just wondering. Every time I have taken a science class with a lab, the lecture and lab have never correlated, so I'm hoping it won't for physics as well.

I know I should just take physics 1 lecture with physics 1 lab at the same time, but schedule conflicts and such... well, you know the deal.

Yes, you can take them in different semesters if you would like. Although the course listings says it’s a coreq, I know plenty of students who are just enrolled in the lab and/or the lecture.
HOWEVER, the lecture for that lab needs to be taken first! So you cant enroll in the phys2 lab while in phys1 lecture.
