<p>Sounds to me like you want the easiest one. I just took both, Mecahnics is easier by far, there's not too much they can vary mechanics by. E&M can be a little hairy and is generally taken a semester after Mechanics in college. So, if you want to just take one, take mechanics.</p>
<p>yeah, mechanics if you only want to take one, it barely needs calclus anyways (you could probably still get a five without calc), while e&m needs a lot more calculus.
The curve however, on E&M is insanley easy (around 50%-55% for a five).</p>
