Physics Olympiad F=ma

Hi, i plan to take the F=ma exam this coming school year, and i was wondering, what is the qualifying score on this exam to make it to semifinals?

Thanks

A score of 15 will almost ALWAYS guarantee you a semifinal spot.

15/25? Are you serious? I haven’t even done AP Physics C yet and i got a 16 last night on a previous year’s test o.O

Then you’re in. :-)

As a parent of a 2 time sem-finalist and one who’s had lots of college physics, the test seems to be more about competition skills and less about physics. If you check out the list of physics olympiad team members, you’ll see that almost all of them have had considerable experience and wins with math competitions over many years. That seems to be the bigger key, imo.
