The thing is, in my school, you can't take the AP science classes until 12th grade, unless you double up in 11th grade and take honors physics with either AP Bio or Chem. I'm in 11th grade and did neither because my chem and bio teachers in freshman and sophomore year were horrible. But now I do not know if I will have enough background in any of these scientific subjects to do well on a subject test.
And I heard that Engineering schools want you to take a math and a science subject test. Is this true? Is my only chance to study a lot of the physics over the summer and then go off of about 2 months of AP physics on the November test next year? This is quite a dilemma, please help.
