Physics really needed?

I will be giving my O level exams in May next year. The subjects I take are Math, English, French, Bio, Chem, Bangladesh Studies, Accounting, and Business Studies.

I would like to become a pediatrician, but to become one, I obviously will have to take classes in university which will help me get into Med school even if I major in for example, english (not that I will, but I'm just saying).

I read online that physics is needed. But it's already too late for me to take up physics.

My question basically is, if I don't take physics now, will it harm me when I go to university? It's good to take one year of physics in university, since some med schools require it. But I cant do it now. Is the physics in university easy? will it be tough to learn it if you have no clue of physics? Do med schools require you to know everything about it?

I'm sorry for all the questions, but I'm just super confused. :(

In the US, you have to take algebra based physics for 2 semesters during college if you want to go to medical school. Taking it in high school is not necessary. I never took it in high school and I survived. Medical school’s really don’t require you to REMEMBER much of it once you are in. They only require that you know it well enough prior to medical school to 1) Get a decent grade in the class and 2)Get a decent score on the MCAT physical sciences section.
