i have 3 books , Kaplan , PR and Barron's but i only found Rotational Kinematics from PR, is it covered in the real SAT?

Yes, it is. Barrons is absolutely terrible and Kaplan is somewhat okay, but PR is the one for this test. It is all you need to get an 800. [=

I haven't seen rotational kinematics on the physics subject test; also, it is not listed in the collegeboard list of topics for this test.

Having said that, it is hard to see the harm in studying it, I just wouldn't spend too much time on it.

No it's not on the test.

good question D=
it's something I haven't learned... and was planning to self-study.

2 may be confusing rotational motion with circular motion.

Rotational motion deals with time, tangential velocity, and tangential acceleration.
Circular motion deals with tangential velocity, centripetal acceleration, and centripetal force. Look for the equation a=v^2/r or F=mv^2/r and read over that chapter.
