ok i need help, because i need info on the past SAT 2 physics tests. is it hard? and do u really need to memorize a bunch of formulas.

My son took SAT2 Physics test on May 7th. He said the test is much harder than real practice test in sat2 real tests book with a blue cover.
Of course, this is only his viewpoint.

for luck.

does ne body know if rotational motin will be on the test

Yes, I believe so...I don't think you need to calculate rotational inertia of a continuous solid, but you might want to know how to calculate rotational inertia of a system of point masses

SAT II Physics wasn't bad...The mech/thermo/fluids part I learned in AP Physics, but the rest I managed to learn in the two weeks before the exam :D Yay for Princeton Review!

ok i need more advise -- guys im taking the tests in 2 days help!!!!

hey tanonev..........is fluids even there on the exam???????

it doesnt say so on the CB website!!!!!!!!!

I don't remember...I took the exam a while back...and I was using a college text, so we (wait, not "we"..."I" was the only one in the class lol) covered many interesting things...

But pressure was probably on there, and I may have mentally lumped that with fluids...

anyone here knows if fluids is there????????
plz jst 1 day to go!!!

If it wasn't listed, it probably isn't...sorry if I accidentally freaked anyone out...

OK, i took may 7th physics and got 780.

No, there isn't fluid mechanics (100% sure). it wasn't in the CB website, and it wasn't on my test nor Real SAT II Physics.

Scorewise, you can expect plus/minus 20 points on tests you take from Physics Real SAT II (blue book). although i felt May test was harder, i got similar results, and May test felt harder probably b/c i was under time constraint and little bit more tense.

Memorize bunch of basic formulas and know the concepts. Most questions will be basic and conceptual. best of luck.

i got 800 on kaplan practice tests.........and 730 on Princeton Review!!!!

will i be able to get 800 on the real one????????
