<p>I thought I had gotten all the parts of my ED application in, but today in my application summary a box labeled “Chem, Comp Sci, Engin, Phys St.” But in my application, I listed my first choice degree program as A.B. Mathematics, and my second choice as A.B. Physics. I thought I wouldn’t have to fill out this statement, since at the top it says, “This form is required if your primary interest is a Sc.B. or A.B. degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering or Physics,” and physics is only my second choice. Now that this box appeared, does this mean I was supposed to fill this out? If so… that’s not good.</p>
