Hello everyone, this is my fist post to CC, so not sure if this should be here. Anyway my question goes as this: I have a huge fascination with Physics, and would like to declare my major as such, but given my past education throughout elementary school and high school, my math skills have been terrible. To be honest i went to a school in a small hick town, and was bullied and beat up on a regular basis, so my focus was rarely my eduction, but rather how to get through the day without being bullied. Only half of my class actually graduated and maybe a tenth of that category went to college, as i am in now. Sorry for going off topic but i would like to know if i should judge my past with math correctly and steer clear of any major with heavy mathematics or if i should forgo my judgment and take a risk on the only thing i have any real interest in. Real life experience shared would be appreciated.
