Piano lesson school recommendation?

Which place or school do you recommend for taking piano lessons? I am an intermediate piano student (now practicing Sonatina).

I will live in an apartment near USC so I can't buy the acoustic piano. So I need to buy electric piano. Which store do you suggest for buying electric piano? Thank you. :)

Thornton is an option. I don’t have any personal experience but I thought I’d mention it.

Yes, you can take private lessons through Thornton. If you are not a music major, you can take **MPKS 300x: Non-Major Individual Instruction ** for one or two units. They are private lessons, either 1/2 hour a week (1 unit) or one hour a week (2 units). There is a private lesson fee of $350 for 1 unit and $700 for two units in addition to the regular tuition. You would not need an electric piano because you would have access to Thornton’s practice rooms.
