pianos on campus?

Hi everyone, I just moved into my apt, and I'm looking to practice piano before auditioning for lessons this fall. Trouble is, I don't have my Cornell id yet. Do you know if they would let me sign up for a room in Lincoln anyway? or does anyone know of random pianos that would be available on campus?

I think there is a piano in Willard straight hall. (I think).

there's a piano in rpcc on north on the 1st floor. another one that might be locked in sage chapel. there are also several upright pianos in practice rooms in lincoln that are not locked.

there are also pianos in all the dorms, if you can get into some of them without card access.

Lincoln has a lot of rooms that are normally unlocked and you can peruse through the halls to search for one. Also, there are pianos in some of the dorms. Risley has 11 pianos but only really 4 are playable, and only 2 of those are easily accessible (the one near the dining hall and the one in the dance studio downstairs).

Most fraternities have a piano. I doubt any would care or notice if you wandered in. Ithaca is not New Haven.

Barnes also probably has a piano you can just waltz right in and play on.

You can easily walk into Lincoln and play on a piano, and nobody will care. Good luck!

There is a music room with a piano and other instruments in every dorm residence on West Campus...cook, keeton, becker, house 5, bethe

mews hall has one
