Pick 2 of the 3?

For my senior year, I have most of my schedule laid out. But I ended up with one extra class, so I'm not sure which classes to fill the rest of my schedule with.

I originially didn't have an issue because I was going to take physics in summer school, but they fired the physics teacher, so I have no choice but to wait until next year when they hire a new one...

So anyways, the 3 classes are the following:

AP Econ & AP Gov (I already have regular econ and gov in my schedule, but if I take AP then they will each be a full semester instead of half, so I would be adding a class basically)
Physics
Advanced Photo (Which comes with the option to complete AP Studio Art portfolio)

The rest of my schedule consists of:
AP English Lit
AP Calculus
AP Psych
Advanced Theater

I'm planning to double major in college so I'd like to get as many general ed credits as I can done with during high school, hence all of the AP's.

I want to major in Journalism and Economics, so it makes sense to take AP Econ, but I don't really want/need to take AP Gov, but it comes with it.

And AP Econ is both AP Micro and AP Macro.

Any thoughts? What would you do?

I think that you should definitely take AP Econ if you want to major in economy. However, why would you take advanced photo, given those majors? I think you should go with AP econ/ap gov and physics.

what would i do? opt to take one of the non-ap options (but I’m kind of lazy)
