<p>How do you utilize Pick-A-Prof?
Do you need to just find classes you need to take and the professors you want? How would you know which classes to take? Also, in which subjects?
I will be majoring in biology; therefore, I certainly know that I must take bio courses. But other than that, I do not know which class to enroll in.
Any help/comment would be appreciated.</p>
<p>Please invest some time in looking around the Bio website, I think it is <a href="http://biosci.utexas.edu%5B/url%5D">http://biosci.utexas.edu</a> - this will be time well spent. There are different concentrations of Biology and each of them has its own 4-year plan.</p>
<p>Pick-A-Prof doesn't really help you do anything you "NEED" to do - it merely has TONS of reviews of professors, grade distributions, and you can make sample schedules which really helps me because I'm very visual. It doesn't help you figure out what to take - it's not an online advisor.</p>
