<p>pick-a-prof is pretty good. I always check with ratemyprofessors.com as well.</p>
<p>It's 100% legit. I've cross-checked the data with all of my professors who've publicly released their grade distributions. Plus, it's consistent with the data on thecampusbuddy, which shows distributions down to every third of a grade (A+/A/A-/etc.) but only goes back to Spring 2007.</p>
