<p>I will soon be moving to California and I was wondering which CC would be the best?
I am looking at OCC (Orange Coast College) and I really want to transfer into UCLA/UCI/UCB..etc (those are my top three)</p>
<p>Are the rates to go in there from OCC to those UCs high in this college?</p>
<p>Oh ofcourse- how are the academics in OCC?
I keep reading SMC is a good school as well- matter of fact, 'best' (As far as I'm reading, that is..)
Or is SMC and OCC on par??
