<p>I will take the required classes but I don't know if I should major in a science or in a major I like like music. What would be more efficient to your experience and enjoyment? </p>

<p>Medical schools are generally said to be major-agnostic, though some majors are more “convenient” in terms of overlap with pre-med requirements. Check the requirements for pre-pharm and pre-vet to see how doable they are with other majors.</p>
<p>Music can be a high workload major due to practice and performance time.</p>
