picking classes, how easy is the walk?

I’m transferring in as a junior and have yet to set foot on the UNC campus. I’ve registered for classes but a couple things have me conserned:

can I make a walk from Dey hall to Wilson Hall in 10 min?

how about Dey to Person hall in 15?

The last thing I want to do is make the mistake of scheduling class that I can’t make on time.

Any input would help

No problem at all!

No problem… but let me be the first to warn you that Wilson is on top of a mountain. The walk from South Campus to Wilson every MWF was the worst.

That’s fine.

If you can, never try to schedule a class from the Fed Ex Global Center to basically anywhere else on campus right before (or after) another class. That place is in the middle of nowhere and I basically had to power walk to my Spanish class in Dey to make it on time.

Yeah, I second what Heather said. Unless your classes are at the B school, they’re all close to each other, EXCEPT Fed Ex Global Ed. I had a class that ended at 3:05 and one that started there at 3:30, though, and I made it on time easily. I guess that gives some perspective.
