So I have preview this Friday, and I want to pick classes quickly once I am able to. I am a criminology major in CLAS and Im just confused about the website. For some selections, the course ID will be on the left, and all the information will be to the right of it. But for others, there will just be a blank space where the course ID should be, and then to the right of it there will be a session time, day of the week, etc. What does that mean?

I think you pick classes at preview with advisers.

I assume you are looking at the schedule of courses and not registration through ISIS… it’s referring to the course in the row above it, it’s for classes that meet on different days at different times. For example you might have a class that meets on Tuesday 5th and 6th period, and on thursday for 5th period only. It will list these in 2 separate rows to differentiate the meeting times on the different days.

The section with a blank ID is an extension of the listing above it; the blank times are the other meeting times of the same class that couldn’t be fit in the same row.
