Picking classes whose credits will transfer

Right now I am at a point in time where I know that I'd like to transfer to a different school for the 2012-2013 school year. At my current school we've begun looking at which classes we'd like to take for the Spring semester. We usually take four courses a semester, and three of my courses seem transfer-friendly. I've been having trouble figuring out what my last class should be, since I want to get credit for it but I also want to be interested in it.

Here are the ones I'm looking at:
(I'm a psych major, and these are all psych courses)

The Psychology of Leadership
Adulthood and Aging
Child and Adolescent Development
Abnormal Psychology (about disorders)

I'd appreciate any input.

The first thing I’d do is talk to an advisor in the psych dept. and get their advice. Some of the things I’d be considering are:

Are these courses all the same level? Are they all ‘academic’ as opposed to ‘vocational’ types of courses? Are similar courses available at the schools I’m apply to transfer to, and if so, are they part of the psych major there?

search for the course catalogs of the other school(s) that you want to transfer to, and compare the course offerings in their psychology department to yours
