ok it's still a bit early i know :) and HS isnt even over yet, but it's best to be prepared isnt it

i've never done any of this picking classes thing, so i'm pretty new to it. i saw the online catalog and it was pretty huge and confusing
so how do most people pick their classes? how do they know which one are the core required classes?
i also heard about the ratemyproffessor.com website being extremely helpful

and when is everyone able to start registration n picking classes? they said if u go to the orientation right? which ones?

At orientation there will be counselors on hand to help you pick the classes you need so you can be on your way to upper division classes. Also, if you look up what program you're thinking about entering (Nursing, Political Science, etc.) then you can visit the respective website and checkout a sample schedule and lists of all the pre-req classes you will need as well as the actual classes for the degree.

They have this degree auditing thing on webportal, which shows you all your classes and what you need to accomplish to get the degree your signed up for, its really useful.
