I recently got a paper in the mail that had a list of BFA courses and a set of instructions on how to register for classes. Once I made my decisions and sent my rankings for 3D Media Studio to Cato, I went to the SIO to register for the classes. When I went to the page, it asked if I got any recommendations from Mr. Cato or if I ever met him and discussed about this. I really don’t know what I am supposed to do. Should I pick the courses by myself or should I talk to Mr. Cato about this first? I’m already hearing so many people talking about registering for the school and receiving schedules months ago and it’s really worrying me.
HI, no your’e not supposed to register yourself, Mark should do it. In SIO my daughter picked and added what she wanted in the “Plan Schedule” view and then emailed Mark that she had done that. He can see everyone’s schedule plans so he then her emailed her back saying he had officially registered her for all but 1 class–the 3D one which he still has to schedule based on getting the final list of everyone’s ranking preferences. Also he has been on vacation this past week so he’d said email responses would be slow. Hope this helps!
Thanks! I talked with Cato and yes he did say that registering yourself is unnecessary. But he did say that he can change the schedule himself anyway so it’s all taken care of.
