Picking the Additional Colleges to Apply To

Hi, I'm Daina- I'm a high school student in Seattle, and feel reasonably optimistic about my chances into getting into my top choice school (for now) University of Washingtion. I am applying for the Honors Program there but even if I am not accepted there, I would be overjoyed to be accepted into UW Seattle in general. That being said, I am applying to... 3 other schools. I am not sure how to choose these schools. I wanted maybe two of them to be "reach" Ivy League schools that interest me (i.e. Cornell), but I feel as though I still need "safer" schools in case UW does not work out, despite my uncle's (a professor in college) and IB coordinator's assurances that it's a likely acceptance. What schools could be academically strong like UW, affordable... perhaps out-of-state... good options for my 3 "slots" left? I want to have a balanced application process :)

A couple of stats just so you know:
Academic Rigor: 5 IB classes, 4 years of Spanish, 4 years of choir, 3 years of musical theatre
GPA: 3.96
SAT Reasoning Test: 2230 (740 math and 740 reading)
SAT Literature subject test: 780 SAT Math Level 2 subject test: 720
IB Math SL Test- 5
Extra-curricular: Improv Team, Performance, Choir
Work: Kumon Learning Center, Grader (2012-)
Babysitter (2009-present)
National Merit Commended student (not semi-finalist)

Thanks in advance for the help!
