I'm trying to cut my list down right now, and despite what people may say, the way a college looks has a decent impact on my decision. Most colleges have some type of pictures on their website, but others like Boston University and Emory are proving elusive. I have only found maybe 2 or 3 pics for these colleges, and I'm really interested in what they look like. From what I've seen, it seems like BU is barely a campus at all and just part of the city, but I'd like to be sure. Anyone know of a website where there are pictures of universities?

And yes, I googled already. That's where I got the 3 results.

You have to visit, if you can. It gives you a feel that professionally taken, digitally altered propaganda reels can't offer [A good example is this picture - it conveniently crops the image at the bottom right where the massive, 6-lane Commonwealth Ave begins].

I've been to BU though, and you're right. There are three subway stops on the Green Line for BU (they're all above ground, actually); it's quite a long line of buildings on Commonwealth Ave, which is a pretty large road. I'm a little baffled, I've never seen (or perhaps just never noticed) any dorms. I wonder where BU students live. I mean, it's not half bad, it's just very bustling and in the middle of everything. Depends on your tastes; I like to have a campus.

Can't help you with the pictures though. Send for a catalog, perhaps?
