anyone know of any good places that will pierce noses?

There’s this place on Telegraph and Haste…Zebra’s or something…There’s a zebra by the door in any case.

oh cool! thanks!!!

No Problem! I should warn you though that nose piercings are pretty expensive.

hey dillscout,
hell yeah it was expensive!!!
i didnt know they would charge for the aftercare stuff!!! did they make you pay for that too? my sister also got her nose pierced but not in berkeley and she only had to pay 2/3 of what i did for the piercing, labor and aftercare solutions!!! they did a good job but it was a financial ripoff!!!

Actually, I never got anything pierced, but there are three people on my floor who went there to get piercings and two of them are my roommates. According to my roommate who got her bellybutton pierced there, this was one of the better places she checked out for her piercing even if it was so expensive, because they were extremeley sanitary and not that sketchy. After she got an infection in her piercing one semester later, they helped her get rid of the infection and save the piercing.

you can also go to industrial which is right across the street from zebra

yeah i saw them on the way but had never heard of them before

for future ref, are they significantly cheaper and is their quality good?

I cannot believe I am actually advising about piercings, but…my daughter had her nose pierced at Zebra. They are a reputable business where you will get a custom fit and good after care. Zebra (for a nose piercing, anyway) uses straight studs and will custom bend them to fit your nose and they will not charge for adjustments. If the stud does not fit properly you are more likely to have problems with granulomas and infection.

Industrial has the better piercing reputation. Zebra looks skeezy as all get out from the
outside, but I’ll disclaim that with the fact that I’ve never been inside.
