<p>I'm trying to log into esther but the email only gave me a username, does the pin number come in a letter later? I also pressed forgot pin after entering in my username and the system said I had not set the security question up yet. Thanks!</p>
<p>In the first email in which your username was sent, there was a link for you to set up your account for the first time. You had to click it, set up your account (which included a pin number), and then you should be set.</p>
<p>I searched my first email and there wasn’t a link for setup anywhere, I just emailed the administrator. Thank you though!</p>
