PIN problem

I've been checking my online Harvard account (the application tracking page) for several weeks now, but today I'm getting this message:

Sorry, you did not enter a valid access code (PIN) and name combination.

I'm very sure the PIN and name are correct. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I'm having the same problem as well! Not sure what's going on though...

whew I thought I was the only one.

I'm having the same problem too. And I was feeling so bad since I was emailed that my application is incomplete. Is there any one with incomplete app.? I even sent my SAT scores and they said they don't have it. Maybe I will call them tomorrow.

Jenie, I'm in the same situation myself. I sent all my application documents in one sealed envelope back in December, and now I have to re-build my file because they lost it or something. Well...they're really crowded this year (over 27,000 applicant, just imagine!) and accidents happen. I'm just glad they've given us enough time to replace the missing files. Good luck!

Btw, the account works for me now.

Are you using firefox browser? Use IE browser.

Thank you Lamassu and uml1958. I use IE. Sometimes it works and a second later it doesn't. I'm still waiting for the news of the arrival of my application package. It seems that I check my account thousands of times a day.

I used IE, Firefox and Opera but none of them worked. The site just recovered by itself a few days ago, so I'm not complaining any longer ;)
