Pink Eye ? :(

So, as luck would have it, about 5 minutes (literally) after I finish my last high school final ever (I'm a junior, seniors at my school don't take finals), my eye starts to bother me a lot and my friend looks at me and goes "are you ok? your eye is red." hmmm. so I took my contacts out but now about 4 hours later my eye is still bothering me. not to get graphic or anything but it's like pinkish red only near the inner corner.. like the side near my nose lol

Have any of you ever had pink eye? I'm not sure if this is it but I hope not :(

Yes, I have, but I don't remember it. However, here is some information:
<a href="http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pink-eye/DS00258%5B/url%5D">http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pink-eye/DS00258</a></p>

hmm.. my eye definitely isn't as red as that gross picture lol

i have pinkish/redness in part of the eye, sensitivity to light, and slight tearing. ugh

It could just be irritation from the contacts but then again i'm not an optometrist.

Put some eye drops in your eyes, or make yourself purposely cry so that you can get some moisture in your eyes.

Wait and see, if its there for a long time and doesn't go away then its definitley red eye. But go to your doctor any way..you don't have to go to optometrist. Just go to your regular doctor.

I have that...buts its because of allergies. I was so young when I had pink-eye...all I remember was burning and puss, ew.

It could definitely be allergies. My friend's eyes were red for weeks with the allergy season and he said they burned like crazy. Get some good moisturizing drops (not the gel kind - they suck) and see a doctor if it doesn't go away. If you think it is allergies, maybe try some Claritin or something.
