I submitted my application about two weeks ago, and received the Short Answer Question link about a week ago. This past Wednesday I submitted my short answer questions, and paid my application fee. Also, on the Collegeboard website it says that my scores were send to Pitt last friday, so everything on my application should be complete. However, when I go in to check on my application status it still says my application is incomplete! Does this mean that Pitt still doesn’t have everything they need from me or that they just haven’t reviewed it yet?
Thank you!
@mlg0312, No need to worry! If the action items list is empty when you go to check your status, you should be fine. Due to a quirk in our system, some applications will show as incomplete after we have everything. If you check the action items like and you confirm that none of the following items are listed as outstanding, then you are good to go:
-Online Application Form
-Transcript OR Self Reported Academic Record
-SAT/ACT Scores
-$45 Application fee

@hailtopitt1787 Oh, ok thank you! So the action items list would be under application status if I did have any outstanding items?
@mlg0312, Yes, when you check the application status, it should say if we are missing anything. If you would like to double check anything, you are always welcome to call us: 412-624-7488.
