Pitt or Penn State (hooks involved)

Ok I got into Pitts pharmD program (graduate w/ doctorate in pharmacy in 6 years as opposed to 8) and got a 2k/year scholarship to go there. I also got accepted to PSU but w/o any academic scholarship and there is no pharm program there. However, I could major in biochemistry at PSU, and i'm almost positive I'd be able to re-apply to Pitt's pharm school and get accepted again. Also, with both being state schools, the tuition with or without a scholarship is relatively cheap (compared to other schools ive applyed to i.e. Notre Dame) and my parents can easily pay it. So uhh, which do I choose? I'm so torn b/c I've grown up loving the city of Pittsburgh (and its sports teams of course) but also I'm a huge PSU fan and love the environment there (both my parents went to PSU). Economically it would make sense to just choose Pitt but idk...im not sure yet.

....soo any advice to sway my mind would be AWESOME, thanks!
