WL news - my son is a HS junior with senior friends and two just got off the WL…One has already dropped their committed college; the other is considering what to do.

Mine got off wait list 5/2, admitted. she is sticking with Temple. Some may say that’s crazy, but I think Temple is great. Also no time to visit Pitt.

My son was offered admission from the waitlist on 5/6. He declined as he has chosen to attend BU. Good luck to those still waiting and hoping for a spot!

New to the admission process.
About this “Summer Melt” / wait list process specifically at UPITT and Neuroscience , How does the honors selection work for those who got selected in the wait list ?
And what about merit based scholarship ?
Anyone with experience or in the same boat , please reply.

Honors selections have already been made, as have merit awards, so I would assume the student would not be getting either.
